Archive 01scan file access process

Solution

She can not access the 01scan directory located at: \sfsdosticontent1scans

It seems to be a permissions issue. I got Ryan involved as well and we are continuing to work the problem. The issue is that the icontent directory is contained within the OST directory which normal users can not get to. We are testing various solutions now to try to fix the issue.

Thanks so much, I appreciate it.

Ryan is rebooting a few things tonight after 1700 so we will pick this back up tomorrow

Looks like user account icontent (scan to home) is working now. There is a test scan from this morning called 'TEST' in its homefolder P drive.

How do I take the files that are scanned get them to the archive?

OK, we think we have things working again. Here is the process that you should use:
2) this will place all of the scans you do in: \sfsd\ost\icontent\01scans (you must enter each file one at a time or else the scanner will append everything into 1 file)
3) Once scanning is finished go back to your computer and login as icontent there as well
4) Open up file explorer and name the scanned files with the appropriate naming convention e.g. lastname, firstname,MI,ID,Dept,CalYr
5) Once that is done your part is finished
6) Every Monday I check the 01scan folder in \sfsd\ost\icontent\01scans and everything that has the proper naming convention will get moved to the final archive location.
